Buffalo Cauliflower "Wings"

I love Buffalo Chicken Wings with celery and bleu cheese. But those calories can add up! Here is a great alternative (and vegetarian too) to the high calorie, high fat party platter.. Surprise your friends and family with a platter of these buffalo “wings”. Add celery and use a low fat bleu cheese dip or go without. There is so much flavor in these, you won’t need much else!
