Fruity Fro-Yo

This dessert you can make about as fast as you can say it…”Fruity Fro-Yo”.

Three ingredients, throw them in a food processor (or blender if you don’t have a food processor), spin for 20 seconds, dish it out and YUM.

Your older kids can make this on their own. Try other frozen fruits too for a different flavor. My personal favorite…mango. I use a half cup of frozen cubed organic mango. So good!

Add a few sprigs of mint if you want it to look fancy.
