Dairy Free Veggie Dip

You’ll be sure to eat more of your veggies with this delicious dip!

If you are following a dairy free diet, then here is a super yummy and healthy vegetable dip! For a vegan version, use a vegan mayonnaise. Use an avocado oil mayonnaise for a tasty variation.

Make sure to follow the directions and do not use extra virgin olive oil, make sure it is a light olive oil. And don’t try to skimp on the fat with the coconut milk or you will skimp big time on taste, texture and consistency.

Tip: Make a plate with a rainbow of veggies to get a variety of phytonutrients. Use every color of the rainbow if you can and see what is waiting for you at the end of the rainbow!
