Reclaim Your Health with a Holistic Approach

Our 12-Week Metabolic Weight Management Group Program for Corporate & Community Partners is a structured, dietitian-led Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) experience designed to help you create sustainable metabolic change in a supportive group setting.

Each weekly session builds on the next, guiding you step-by-step through goal setting, hydration and metabolism, balanced eating, digestion, physical activity, meal planning, emotional eating, stress and sleep, mindfulness, habit formation, overcoming challenges, and long-term maintenance.

You’ll receive evidence-based education, practical tools you can apply immediately, accountability, and peer support — all led by a registered dietitian. This program is ideal for individuals who want a clear roadmap, professional guidance, and a community environment to help them achieve lasting results.

Why is Cardiometabolic Health Essential for Life?

Our Metabolic Weight Management Program goes far beyond traditional weight loss. We help you strengthen your metabolic health and restore your cardiometabolic health — the overall well-being of your cardiovascular and metabolic systems, including blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, triglycerides, and abdominal fat.

Cardiometabolic health is defined by the absence of risk factors for cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes. When these systems are functioning well, you reduce your risk for heart attack, stroke, insulin resistance, and chronic inflammation.

Our goal is to help you improve these internal markers, reduce disease risk, and create sustainable habits that support long-term metabolic resilience. And if weight loss is also your goal — the Metabolic Weight Management Program provides the blueprint for weight loss in a way that feels doable, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based care.

Your Personalized Metabolic Transformation Journey

INITIAL & FINAL COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENTS

Your journey starts and ends with a comprehensive metabolic and lifestyle assessment with your registered dietitian. This may include:

  • Detailed nutrition and lifestyle evaluation

  • Review of recent labs (A1C, fasting glucose, lipids, triglycerides, insulin*)

  • Body composition analysis

  • Medical history review

  • Current habits, stress, sleep, and environment assessment

  • Cardiometabolic risk screening

(*Lab work ordered by your physician or NP; we coordinate closely with your medical team.)

We use this information to shape a personalized plan that targets metabolic and cardiometabolic improvement—not just weight loss.
