Directions: Our new office space is located at 1130 Ten Rod Rd, B203 (in the Meadows Business Office Park). From Ten Rod Road, enter the main driveway for the Meadows Office Park, located next to Beacon Bank. Follow road and signs to Building B. Once parked, when facing Building B you will see two entrances. Enter the left entrance of Building B. Suite 203 will be on your right. Our business signs may not be up yet, but we will have temporary signs directing you to RI Nutrition Therapy. Please have a seat in our waiting room and your dietitian will be there to greet you at your appointment time.
