Appointment Rescheduling

Rescheduling? Let’s Keep Your Health a Priority.

Patients can reschedule their appointments through their Healthie Client Portal or the Healthie mobile app (available on iOS and Android). Follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Client Portal or Mobile App:
-On the web portal, go to the "Sessions" tab.
-On the mobile app, tap "Sessions" at the bottom of the dashboard.

2. Reschedule the Appointment:
-Find the scheduled appointment.
-Click cancel or reschedule.

Once you select a new date and time, the appointment will automatically update. Your provider will receive an email with the updated details. If you have any issues, contact us at info@rinutritiontherapy.com.

We understand that things come up, and sometimes you need to reschedule your appointment. However, as a reminder, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments changed with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $100 fee. As a small private practice, last-minute changes create a real impact — not only for our providers but also for patients waiting to be seen.
