  • Cumberland (pediatric appointments, 2x/week)

IF YOU HAVE AETNA, CIGNA, HARVARD PILGRIM, TUFTS, OR AN OUT-OF-STATE BCBS PLAN:

Your plan may cover nutrition services, but insurance verification will need to be verified first.

  1. We recommend that you contact your insurance provider to verify your benefits for nutrition services before your first appointment

✅ IF YOU HAVE MEDICARE ONLY OR MEDICARE AS YOUR PRIMARY PLAN:

Your plan only covers nutrition services if you have a diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes or kidney disease.

  • UHC Medicare Complete and BCBS Blue Chip are the only Medicare supplemental plans that cover additional medical conditions.

AFTER YOU BOOK

You’ll receive an email from Healthie with a secure link to register and complete intake forms. Please do this within 24 hours so we can confirm your appointment.

RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATIONS

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Canceling or rescheduling your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your appointment results in an automated $100 fee.

No-shows result in an automated $100 fee and patients will not be able to reschedule. If you have questions about our Rescheduling and Cancellation policy, please refer to our FAQ Page.

  • New patients may reschedule once.

  • Established patients with repeated reschedules may be dismissed from the practice.
