Your plan may cover nutrition services, but we need to verify first.

MEDICARE Patients:

  • Traditional Medicare OR Medicare as your PRIMARY Insurance: Covers Medical Nutrition Therapy for Type 2 diabetes or kidney disease ONLY.

  • UHC Medicare Plans:

    • Medicare Advantage → Only covers for Type 2 diabetes or kidney disease.

AFTER YOU BOOK

You’ll receive an email from Healthie with a secure link to register and complete intake forms. Please do this within 24 hours so we can confirm your appointment.

RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATIONS

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations or reschedules = $100 fee. No-shows = $100 fee and will not be rescheduled.

  • New patients may reschedule once.

  • Established patients with repeated reschedules may be dismissed from the practice.
