How To Start An Exercise Program

It can feel overwhelming to think about exercise when either you aren’t currently doing anything or you never have. But it’s never too late. Until it is. And you don’t want me to go into what that means (I think you know).

Without a plan, nothing is going to happen. So start planning now to start an exercise program. And remember, everything you do takes time and space. So create the time and space in your calendar and in your daily life for exercise. Make it a priority.

Here’s a guide to starting an exercise program. It’s simple and that’s what I like. Start small, and build up. Change takes time. It won’t be overnight and that is ok. Baby steps. Annnnnd GO!!
