Chickpea Cookie Dough Brain Bombs

No Bake Brain Bombs! These brain bombs use chickpeas to give the texture and consistency of cookie dough! Can you believe it?! I couldn’t either until I tried them. Make these vegan and allergan-friendly by using seed butter (sunflower butter) and using vegan chocolate chips (I like Enjoy Life’s vegan chocolate chips available at Target or online).

The dates add a nice sweet taste, plus they are a great source of fiber and brain-friendly magnesium.

Just like with any brain bomb…don’t overdo it. The calories can add up. Savor 1 or 2 and then put them away. Better yet, freeze them in parties of 1 to 2 and take them out to thaw for a nice tasty snack. Enjoy!
