Build a community with TLC!
TLC provides the weekly support you need to stay focused in between your Medical Nutrition Therapy sessions. Being a part of a group program helps you get a wider range of perspectives on your situation which can help you figure out how to navigate your path to wellness. Hearing how others have successfully overcome challenges on their wellness journey can be very encouraging. We find that patients often push themselves harder when they see what others are doing. The power of community and group support is essential and has been positively correlated with overall health and longevity.
How does it work?
Our TLC virtual healthy lifestyle program typically runs on a continual basis throughout the year. When you make your initial MNT appointment, we strongly suggest that you join our TLC program group program. We encourage you to attend TLC between your 1:1 MNT sessions.
What is the cost to attend your TLC Group Challenges?
The out-of-pocket cost is $250.00 per group participant which covers the entire 10 week program. Please let us know if you would like us to verify your health insurance coverage. If your health insurance covers group programs, we will bill your health insurance, just like we would for your medical nutrition therapy appointments.
