Join our 8-week "Lean Into the Holidays Challenge" – a fun and supportive Total Lifestyle Change group program designed to help you stay on track during the holiday season! Led by our expert dietitians, this challenge will guide you through personalized nutrition plans, healthy habits, and practical strategies to enjoy the holidays without compromising your health goals. Whether you’re looking to maintain or kick-start your wellness journey, this program is perfect for staying mindful and balanced through the festivities.
Nourish Your Mind- MINI RETREAT
On Saturday, October 5th, 2024, RINT will be hosting a mini retreat, titled “Nourish Your Mind: A Nutrition Retreat for Mental Wellness". This will be a transformational healing retreat that will leave you uplifted, nourished, calm and empowered with simple steps you can take to heal your mind and body. We would love it if you would join us. Because of the type of retreat and the space available, we only have 20 spots available. We will be offering a wait list to those signing up after our spots are filled. Priority will be with our established RINT patients.

Wellness Within: Unlocking the Microbiome for Your Whole Body is an interactive health and wellbeing session designed to help participants discover the crucial role the microbiome plays in overall health.
