Paige Olausen, MS, RDN
Paige Olausen believes that healthy living should be accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable for everyone. With a unique blend of experience in sports nutrition, fitness, culinary arts, emergency medicine, and meal planning, Paige is intent on meeting people where they are and guiding them toward practical, lasting changes that fit their lifestyles. She is particularly passionate about women’s health and mobility, helping clients feel strong, empowered, and confident in their bodies at every stage of life. She enjoys showing clients how simple, delicious meals can bring joy and connection to their lives.
Paige holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, which shaped her understanding of food sustainability and the importance of reducing waste. She furthered her education with a Master’s degree in Global Public Health Nutrition, gaining a broad perspective on how nutrition and health are deeply connected on both individual and community levels. She completed over 1,000 hours of supervised practice in dietetics during her internship program, equipping her with the skills to provide evidence-based nutritional guidance.
When she’s not working, you can find her at the gym, exploring the outdoors, playing with her dogs, or developing recipes in the kitchen. Having recently returned to her home state of Rhode Island, she can often be found exploring new coffee shops and searching for the best trivia night.
