The Step Into Spring Challenge is for anyone who wants to continue to challenge themselves after finishing the Reclaim Your Health Challenge AND for newbies. All are welcome! Whether you are a new, established patient or you just want to join in on the fun and challenge yourself - JOIN US! Challenges work and keep you motivated. Our goal isn’t weight loss per se, but creating healthy and sustainable habits for life. Each challenge begins with a Kick Off Event where we go over the rules, explain the challenges and give you some basics on nutritious, balanced eating. Each week, we will cover a new nutrition and healthy lifestyle topic and give you a challenge to match! We provide Weekly Challenge Trackers that you will complete and submit to us at the end of each week to keep you accountable. Our Challenge Chat, moderated by RINT, will keep you motivated and engaged during the six weeks. Share recipes, inspirations, challenges and successes with one another. There is power in the group - and everyone knows a little friendly competition can take it up a few more notches!
NEW TIME: Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm PLUS additional 15 min Q&A (optional for those with questions or who want to share ideas, recipes, successes, challenges, you name it!). These classes are covered by health insurance. If they aren’t, then they are on us! We love seeing you get healthier and happier!

Find motivation and inspiration while building a community with our TLC Program
TLC provides the weekly support you need to stay focused in between your Medical Nutrition Therapy sessions. Being a part of a group program helps you get a wider range of perspectives on your situation which can help you figure out how to navigate your path to wellness. Hearing how others have successfully overcome challenges on their wellness journey can be very encouraging. We find that patients often push themselves harder when they see what others are doing. The power of community and group support is essential and has been positively correlated with overall health and longevity.
How does it work?
Our TLC virtual healthy lifestyle program typically runs on a continual basis throughout the year. When you make your initial MNT appointment, we strongly suggest that you join our TLC program group program. We encourage you to attend TLC between your 1:1 MNT sessions. TLC is covered by most health insurance plans and if not, it’s on us! Register for our next session below!
