Veggie Chips

Veggie Chips Recipe (2).png

Do you love that salty, crunchy, dissolve in your mouth taste? Who doesn’t!? Chips taste so good by themselves or alongside a nice sandwich. But those calories can add up. Chips quickly dissolve when they hit your stomach. That means they quickly raise your blood glucose levels, but never fill you up. Plus, they taste so good that they light up that pleasure center of your brain and you just CANNOT stop!

So, the quick answer…don’t start. But the even better answer is…why not make a healthy chip from low carbohydrate, high fiber, high nutrient vegetables that are crunchy, salty and full of nutritious phytonutrients that are sure to keep you healthy and satisfy you? And you can! Try these veggie chips. These are great for even the pickiest of eaters!
